Cannabis Seeds News

Here at Simply Cannabis Seeds we scour the globe for producers of the highest quality feminised seeds.  As such we have a large catalogue of cannabis seeds from a range of seed banks. Take for example the High Times Cannabis Cup (HTCC) winning Bubba Kush seeds from Green House. Green House is the most successful cannabis business over the past years. Each year they reap a huge haul of awards each year from various international events, including the HTCC 32 time. They specialise in leading the way in cannabis genetics, to create the best product for you the collector. Green House Seeds specialise in producing the best quality feminised seeds and as such have invested huge amounts of resources and time into the project. Another personal favourite of ours from this seed bank is the Hawaiian Snow, a multiple award winner this is a high end variety for the more experienced collector.

The Kannabia Marihuna Seed Company is another of our prestigious seed banks. Hailing from Spain, they produce a selection of finely tuned feminised cannabis seeds such as the BCN Diesel Automatic and the hybrid Afrodite. While a comparably smaller company than some of our seed banks Kannabia, still produce perfect seeds for sale as single seeds or in packs of 5.

Sensi Seed bank is yet another multi award winning provider of our feminised seed products. They produce a huge range of seeds to choose from including Califonia Indica, Durban and the ever popular Big Bud. Sensi seeds are dedicated to finding the best strains from across the world and as a result have the largest collection of the most key strains of marijuana available. They have been producing seeds for over twenty years and so using their massive collection of marijuana strains, they have created some really interesting cannabis hybrids. The Four Way is a notable example of this work, as it is stable multiple-hybrid cannabis based on two decades worth of cross breeding.

Here at Simply Cannabis Seeds we have a huge selection of feminised seeds for the discerning collector to select from.  Feminised seeds are praised for the higher levels of THC/CBD in the plants over the standard cannabis seed.  They also represent higher quality, as producing the female seed is a harder task than producing the standard equivalent. This is due to the higher levels of nitrogen, higher humidity, yet lower temperatures and more blue light.  These factors mean that more time is spent developing the feminised seeds.

We have a huge selection including the ever popular 8 Ball Kush by Barney’s Farm. This feminised seed originates from Afaganistan and Pakistan regions. The smoke has a musty earthy flavour.  For a fast ripening time, try the AK-48 Automatic by Sargarmatha. This is a hard hitting feminised seed, designed for speed and power.

Amnesia lemon is another feminised seed from the Barney’s farm Stable and as such has a pedigree that you can trust. They have been creating seeds since the early 1980’s and as such create some of the finest cannabis strains available.  Amnesia Lemon is a hybrid of the Skunk #1 and the award winning Amnesia Haze, from which it takes its name. It has a THC count of up to 20.5% and a CBD of 0.7%.

For a cheap thrill you cannot go wrong with the Widow skunk produced by De Sjamaan. It produces a sweet taste and a mild smoke, allowing for a happy playful high.  De Sjamaan is the working title of a highly experienced cultivation specialist, known many simply as “the seed master”.  He has had massive successes, such as the White Widow and the Peace maker under his belt. He is a winner many times over at the industry awards such as the Highlife cup and the high times award.

Another cheaper strain is the White Rhino Feminised seed, produced by the seed powerhouse Nirvana. Again the stable has its origins in the early 1980’s and have developed a reputation for developing high quality hybrids. White Rhino is ideally suited for a bong smoke, due to high THC and a hashy taste. This feminised seed takes its name from the high created, which comes on hard and fast, like a rhino.

Please note, at Simply Cannabis Seeds, we do not condone the germination or growing of cannabis seeds, we only sell our products for collection purposes.

The Arizona Court of Appeals has ruled that a man who said his marijuana use was based on the practices of his religion cannot avoid anti-marijuana laws on religious grounds, Capitol Media Services (Tucson) reported Aug. 1.

The judges ruled that Arizona may impose a total ban on marijuana use because of the known harms associated with the drug. However, they did say that individuals could attempt to use religious arguments in future cases if they can also demonstrate that marijuana use is not as harmful as government officials contend.

The case involved Arizona resident Daniel Hardesty, who was convicted of marijuana possession and placed on probation despite arguing that his church, the Church of Cognizance, believed that marijuana yields a connection to spiritual enlightenment. The church was founded in 1991 and is based on "neo-Zoroastrian tenets," according to a church official.

In issuing its ruling, the appellate court compared the First Amendment's right to believe with the right to act in accordance with those beliefs. Appellate Judge Sheldon Weisberg said that unlike the right to believe, the right to act is not absolute, and governments can restrict certain actions as long as they constitute "neutral laws of general applicability," such as the marijuana control laws.

"By imposing a total ban, the Legislature has deemed that the use and possession of marijuana always pose a risk to public health and welfare," Weisberg wrote in the court opinion.

The judge acknowledged the ability of Native Americans to possess peyote for their religious ceremonies, but added that in that case government authorities have not been able to determine that peyote was being used at levels that compromise public health.

Canadian company Motive Industries has announced their plan to test a prototype vehicle which is made of Hemp. The car is electric, and is expected to reach 55 mph with a range of 25-100 miles before recharging. CBC is reporting that several battery options will be available making the hemp electric vehicle affordable to many people.

The material used to manufacturer the body is impact-resistant composite from hemp mats; these are supplied by Alberta Innovates-Technology Future (AITF), while hemp is grown in Vegreville, Atlanta. Here’s the kicker, AITF is Crown corporation, owned by the Canadian government.

“Plus, it’s illegal to grow it in the U.S., so it actually gives Canada a bit of a market advantage,” said Motive Industries president Nathan Armstrong to the CBC. Let’s hope the U.S. doesn’t stand in the way. The first attempt known to use hemp in a car was in 1941 by Henry Ford, that didn’t go over to well and saw no mass-production. Let’s hope this version doesn’t go up in smoke.
